YaMael, Since the (Ascension Training) sessions, I have really felt greater heart expansion and really in tune to source energy more than I was in past. With the sessions, I was able to visualize what was taking place and more aware. I have not in the past been too visual, more of just knowing. I am able to experience incoming energy and outgoing more so through my hands. This is what I have noticed to date. I absolutely loved the sessions. Thank you!
